The main house is set around a charming patio with fountain and orange trees and has a large terrace giving unrivalled views of the Sierra Nevada. Upstairs is the master bedroom, en suite with huge bathroom & private terrace. There is a large family room with a double and 2 single beds & another double bedroom both with access to the charming patio & a single room on this floor sharing a full bathroom, a WC and cloakroom. These rooms all lead off the beautiful Moorish living spaces. The sunken living room has large windows making the most of the breathtaking panoramic views and has an open fire-place. Through the archways and up the steps there is a large dining area and fully equipped open plan kitchen with marble worktops. There is also a fully stocked library in the tall tower room. All the rooms on this floor have underfloor heating and ceiling fans.
Downstairs there is another family suite designed like a hobbit house with double bedroom, large twin room/sitting room and a smaller double room with a full bathroom in this wing. Also on this floor in another wing is another single room with WC and access to the modern music studio with large performance space, 4 sound booths, control room and its own kitchen.
A short distance from the main house is the charming guest cottage which has 2 large double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms en suite and an open plan living room with wood burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is also a large artists' studio with wooden floor just below the pool area with huge picture windows giving extraordinary views of the landscape and perfect light. The room is ideal for art courses and other events such as yoga and meditation retreats. Next door to this is the sauna designed for 4 people with outside shower, a great asset for any relaxing holiday.
